Complete Care Agency Ltd was founded in 2007 as an independent provider of health and social care support in the community.Our company is built on strong values like compassion and integrity which are at the heart of everything we do. Complete Care Agency are raising the standards in training and care delivery whilst looking to empower the people who use our service. We want all of our clients to be able make informed choices about the care and support they receive.

Our Team

Our staff are at the very heart of what we do, there is no Complete Care Agency without the Health Care Assistants and Support Workers out in the field each day. 
They are amazing people doing a very difficult job with many pressures and responsibilities. 
They are supported by the office team of Managers, Nurses, Care Coordinators, Training facilitators, Ambassadors, Fast Responders, Resource staff, Recruitment, Administrators and Receptionists . The business operational functions of our Finance team and Operations and Business Development. 


We are one team that works together to provide an amazing service that is valued by our communities.
